Dota should be fun, I have never actually played it but it is never too late to learn I suppose!

A bit of a more technical query, but will there be a network resource which attendees will be able to grab copies of the games onto their systems if they don't have it?

The gameplay concept of the Portal puzzle games is quite interesting and mentally challenging.
I've played and completed Portal 1 but have not yet purchased and played Portal 2.
I did enjoy Portal 1's experience and thought it was a worth while play.

We are primarily looking for the most popular competitive games, in order to try get an eSports team for Monash going in the future.
However, you are more than welcome to play it with others if there are other players that play it.

In regards to the technicality of game content.
We expect and hope for everybody to have their games up to date before they walk into the LAN.
If this is not the case Monash SA has quite a fast internet connection we can utilize to update and get games potentially.
This is not to say that we cant backup the games and provide local copies.
We will look into setting up a file server on the LAN for the popular games that will be played.
:D

I would like to add Team Fortress 2 to the list of game to play during the LAN.
Its fun, free to play and doesn't require a monster PC to play it.

Hello Trmts1

We will not be playing PES 2016 on Xbox 360 as we will only be bringing along PS4's to the venue.
Plus I think most people play FIFA instead of PES.

I see. Never an odd time to learn I guess.
